1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup water
2 cans (16 ounce each) whole potatoes, drained and sliced
In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.
Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat.
Stir in soups and water. Add potatoes.
Heat, stir occasionally.

Combine:
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 teaspoon organo
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Press into unbaked 9? pie shell, and top with cheese slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
