Brocoli with Cheese sauce

Material:
Broccoli, release buds
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp maizena
150 ml milk
50 gr grated cheddar cheese

How to Make:
1. Steam broccoli until soft. Put on plates, bathe with cheese sauce. Can be spotted with grater cheese
2. Cheese sauce:
Melt margarine in frying pan, enter maize slowly stirred while. Add milk and cheese. Stir until cheese melt and sauce curdle.
Lift. Let cool slightly. bathe to the top of the broccoli.

Note:
* Broccoli may be replaced with boiled macaroni, or col flowers. Or other vegetables (such as macaroni, small cut carrot)
* Can a cheese spread.If its too salty, can add little sugar.

Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

2 or 3 cups Raw spinach
3 slices meat
1 whole Avocado, sliced
12 strips Pimiento
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup Italian olive oil
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Instructions: Wash spinach well, and remove stems. Dry. Fry bacon crisp and then drain. Chop or crumble into small bits. Toss the spinach with remaining ingredients.
