8-ounce can crushed pineapple
3-ounce package lime gelatin
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup diced walnuts
Drain crushed pineapple, reserving juice.
Dissolve gelatin as directed, using reserved pineapple juice as part of the cold liquid.
Chill until consistency of egg whites.
Beat softened cream cheese into gelatin. Fold in the stiffly whipped cream, the marshmallows, and the drained pineapple.
Pour into decolorator mold or pan.
Sprinkle with diced walnuts.
Serves 6 to 8.

1 small package jello
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Fruit (mandarin oranges, strawberries, or pineapple chunks), drained
Pour dry jello over cottage cheese. Stir well.
Add Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit.
Refrigerate.
