Risoles with Mozarella Cheese

For wrap :

* 200 gr wheat flour
* 450 cc water
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp margarine, trickle it

Material contents:

* 150 gr cheese, mozarella, grated coarse
* 1 / 2 tsp salt
* Pepper

How to create
- Create skin: mixed wheat, water, eggs, salt, margarine and liquid in a container. Poke up slippery, filtered if necessary. And then make a thin-thin omelet. Make dough out until
- Take a sheet of skin omelette, let mozarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Fold like an envelope, then roll
- Fry in medium hot oil until cooked. Serve while hot
